Privacy Policy

Summary

We use your data to operate orders, send notifications and keep your account secure. We do not sell your personal information or use advertising tracking. You can delete your account from the app.

1. Data controller

The NOUN mobile app is operated by Intesys ("we"), developer of NOUN, to connect customers, merchants and drivers in Mexico.

2. Data we collect

  • Account: name, email, phone number and password (stored encrypted).
  • Orders: products, delivery address, notes, history and status.
  • Favorites and reviews: saved businesses, ratings and reviews.
  • Device: push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
  • Merchant: business name, address, catalog, product and ad images, postal-code delivery zones.
  • Driver: name, phone number and assigned deliveries.

We do not collect GPS location from your device. Delivery coverage is determined by the postal code of your delivery address.

3. Purposes

  • Create and manage your account and coordinate orders.
  • Show businesses with coverage in your area (postal code) and coordinate deliveries.
  • Send push notifications about your order status.
  • Manage favorites, reviews and your in-app experience.
  • Improve security, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share necessary data with the merchant and driver to complete your order. We use providers under confidentiality obligations, including: backend hosting, Twilio (SMS verification) and Google Firebase (push notifications).

We do not sell data for advertising purposes or use cross-app tracking.

5. Retention

We keep your information while your account is active or as needed to operate the service. Order records may be kept in anonymized form for accounting or legal requirements.

6. Your rights

You can access, update or delete your account from the app: Settings → Privacy & data. You may also contact us at noun@intesys.com.mx. See account deletion for details.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. No system is 100% secure; use a unique password.

8. Minors

NOUN is not intended for users under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will be published in the app and on our website with the update date.
